Knight Realty Management, LLC is a family-owned business based in Milton, VT that grew from a desire to improve the housing options available to Vermont residents. Co-owners Jason and Jess Savoy are a husband and wife team whose roots both began in the medical field. Jason was a paramedic for 15 years, first with FACT at the University of Vermont then for 10 years with the Burlington Fire Department. His work experience took him into the homes of countless Vermont residents and he was struck by the poor and often unsafe living conditions that many were facing. He was often told that landlords either did not have the time or simply refused to make the necessary repairs or upgrades. Having a background in construction, Jason knew he could make a difference and a few years later, Knight Realty Management was born.
